Spray-on concrete resurfacing straight over your existing slab. Stencil or slate pattern, sealed and back in service in days, at a fraction of the cost of a new driveway. Free on-site assessments across Cessnock and the rest of Newcastle & Hunter.
Between Cessnock and the rest of Newcastle & Hunter we see the same slab problems repeatedly — and the fix is always in the preparation, not the product.
Spray-crete is a polymer-modified cement coating sprayed over sound existing concrete. We pressure clean the slab, cut out and repair cracks, apply a bonding coat, then spray the finish through a hopper gun and cut the pattern with stencils or a slate template before it sets. Two coats of a non-slip sealer finish the job.
It is the answer when a driveway is structurally fine but stained, patchy or plain grey. You keep the slab, you keep the money you would have spent breaking it out, and the finished surface handles cars, UV and Sydney summers.

No — that is the whole point. As long as the slab is structurally sound and not heaving, we resurface over the top of it. If it is badly broken up we will tell you honestly at the assessment.
Ten to fifteen years on a driveway with a reseal at around year seven. Resealing is a cheap half-day job and it is what keeps the colour from fading.
Not with the right finish. The sealer carries a non-slip additive as standard, and the stencil texture itself adds grip.
