Warehouse floors fail at the joints and the traffic lanes first. We grind the slab, reinstate the saw cuts properly, repair spalled edges, then lay a solid colour epoxy build coat at 300 to 600 microns with line marking set out to your rack plan.
The work is staged. Most of our commercial jobs run nights and weekends section by section, so racking comes down and goes back up in bays and the site keeps picking through the week.

Yes. Staged night and weekend works are how most of our warehouse jobs run. We coat in sections, hand back a trafficable floor each morning and move to the next bay.
Grinders run on HEPA-filtered extraction so airborne dust is minimal, though it is never zero. We mask off adjoining areas and racking that stays in place.
