Car Park Line Marking done properly
Faded bays cause disputes, and in a strata basement they cause them weekly. We set out and mark parking bays, visitor bays, accessible bays with the compliant symbol and shared area, pedestrian walkways, directional arrows, speed humps and no-parking hatching.
Basements are usually done overnight or across a weekend so residents and tenants keep their parking. We mask, mark and hand the level back before the morning.

Common questions
Can you mark an occupied basement?
Yes. We do a level a night, mask the section, mark it and have it open again by morning so residents are never without parking for a full day.
Do you re-mark over the old lines or remove them?
If the set-out is unchanged we mark over. If bays are being resized or renumbered we grind the old lines off first, otherwise you can still read the ghost of them.
Can you do accessible bays to standard?
Yes — the bay, the shared area and the symbol set out to AS 2890.6, which is what a building certifier will check.
