Industrial & Factory done properly
Industrial areas need a thicker system than a warehouse aisle. Where there is impact, chemical exposure or wash-down, we build up to a broadcast or screed system rather than a roll-applied coat, and detail the bunding, plinths and dock edges by hand.
We spec to the exposure. A workshop that drops steel needs impact resistance; a plating room needs chemical resistance; a dock needs UV stability and slip resistance at the threshold. They are not the same product and they should not be quoted as if they are.

Common questions
Will it stand up to chemical spills?
It depends on the chemical, which is why we ask what you handle before quoting. Tell us the exposure and we will spec a system rated for it rather than guessing.
Can you coat around machinery that cannot move?
Yes. We cut in by hand around fixed plant, machine bases and pits, and stage the work so production keeps running.
Do you supply documentation for our safety file?
Yes — SWMS, safety data sheets and product data sheets before we mobilise, and the applied thicknesses on completion.
