Yes. We measure up, probe the slab for moisture and photograph every crack, then send a written quote within two business days. We do not price a floor sight-unseen.
Only if the prep is skipped. Coatings peel because they went over a sealed, acid-etched or damp slab. We grind mechanically to CSP 2–3 and moisture-test first, which removes the two causes behind almost every failure we are called out to fix.
Fully licensed and insured with $20m public liability. SWMS, safety data sheets and product data sheets are supplied for commercial sites before we mobilise.
Priced by the square metre, not by the hour. Rates assume a sound single-level slab with clear access.
